Online Order Instructions
1. Go to our All-State Apparel Store to see the items for your honor.
2. It will prompt you to login before you add any items to your shopping cart.
- Create a new login and password. You can use this to log back in to see your account after you have ordered.
3. Continue with order.
4. Go to the Checkout when you are finished shopping.
5. Enter shipping and billing information. You must pay with a credit card when ordering online. Please make sure that your billing address is exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
6. Enter the All-State Verification number, printed above your address on the All-State booklet, with your shipping/billing information.
7. Double check your order before submitting. Enter any additional notes if necessary.
8. Call us at 800-752-2317 or email sales@csportsnet.com if you have any questions while ordering online.

FAQ
1. What is the All-State verification number that appears on the mailing label used for?
Your verification number is required to place an order online. It tells us which honor you have received and which decorations should be put on your items.
2. How can I get my order to Cricket Sports?
We accept orders online or you can fill out the form on page 12-13 of the booklet and mail it in. Orders cannot be taken over the phone.
3. What can I have personalized on my garments?
Personalization can say anything you want (names, nicknames, number, sport, weight class, etc) as long as it fits in two lines of 12 characters each. Personalization cost is $5.00 per garment.
4. When will I receive my All-State items?
Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing and delivery of your order.
5. When are the order deadlines?
Fall All-State orders must be postmarked by February 28, 2006.
Winter All-State orders must be postmarked by June 30, 2006.
6. How much is shipping?
Rates vary by order amount.
Up to $15.00 = $3.00 Shipping
$15.01 - $30.00 = $5.00 Shipping
$30.01 - $50.00 = $6.00 Shipping
$50.01 & Up = $8.00 Shipping
7. What about returns?
If you receive the wrong item or there is an error in your order, please call 800-752-2317 to make return arrangements.
8. Can I still order All-State items from the 2004-2005 school year?
May 30, 2005 was the last day to order 2004-2005 All-State Apparel, but there are closeout inventories available of some products. Go to the All-State apparel store and click on SALE to see the limited sizes and quantities still available and place an order.
